The particularity of this wine depends on the sensitivity to climate of the Nebbiolo grape which, when cultivated in the Barbaresco area, produces great red wines for ageing.
This selection ages for 26 months, at least nine of which are spent in oak barrels.

  • SENSORY FEATURES:
    Colour: ruby red with garnet highlights
    Bouquet: intense, ethereal and pleasant, reminiscent of the violet
    Palate: dry, full, robust and austere, delicately tannic, velvety and harmonious.
  • PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
    Barbaresco goes perfectly with mature cheeses, hearty risottos and pasta dishes and red meats, particularly hare "al Civet", pheasant "in salmì" and risotto with Barbaresco.
