Made from Barbera grapes selected in several vineyards in the heart of the Barbera zone. The grapes are harvested in the first half of October, upon reaching full phenolic maturity, and the bunches undergo careful selection.
Vinification is traditional with 15 days of maceration at a temperature of 28° - 30° C. The resulting wine spends a short time in the bottle to achieve a perfect balance between the impressive structure and characteristic aromas of the grape.

    Colour: deep ruby red
Bouquet: pervasive, pronounced, with scents of fruit
Palate: dry, savoury and balanced, with pleasant vanilla notes.
This Selection is particularly well suited to accompanying hearty risottos and pasta dishes, such as mini gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, cannelloni with leeks and Gorgonzola, and tagliatelle with meat sauce, as well as meat dishes, such as veal fillet.
