Made from Barbera grapes selected in several vineyards in the heart of the Barbera zone. The grapes are harvested in the first half of October, upon reaching full phenolic maturity, and the bunches undergo careful selection.
Vinification is traditional with 15 days of maceration at a temperature of 28° - 30° C. The resulting wine spends a short time in the bottle to achieve a perfect balance between the impressive structure and characteristic aromas of the grape.
